Refund Policy

30-day guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date if the guide does not provide the clear, practical plan described on the sales page.

The guarantee applies to one purchase of The Cortisol Reset Protocol per customer or household. Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not affected.

How to request a refund

1. Reply to your purchase receipt or email sales@apexhealthguides.com.
2. Use the subject line “Refund request.”
3. Include the purchaser’s name, purchase email, order number if available, and purchase date.

You do not need to provide sensitive health information or prove that the guide failed to produce a particular physical result.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to submit the refund promptly; your bank or payment provider may require approximately 5–10 business days to display it.

Fair-use limits

We may decline duplicate requests, purchases made after a previous refund for the same product, requests submitted after the 30-day period, or evidence of fraud, resale, redistribution, or abuse of the guarantee. This does not restrict rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Delivery problems and accidental duplicate orders

If you did not receive the download, were charged more than once, or believe an order was unauthorized, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and help restore access or correct the payment where appropriate.
