By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Health Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product.

2. Guide and informational purpose
Our products provide general wellness guidance and information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, nutritional therapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. No content creates a clinician-patient or other professional relationship.
3. Digital products and delivery
Products are supplied digitally unless a product page expressly states otherwise. After successful payment, access is normally provided on-screen, by email, or through the checkout provider. You are responsible for supplying an accurate email address and maintaining access to a device and software capable of opening the stated file format.
If delivery does not arrive, check spam or promotions folders and email sales@apexhealthguides.com with the email address used for purchase.
4. Prices, payments, and taxes
Prices and currencies are displayed before purchase. Applicable taxes or provider charges, if any, will be shown during checkout. Payment is handled by a third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s terms. We may correct obvious pricing errors before fulfilling an order and will offer a refund if the corrected price is not accepted.
5. Personal-use license
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use it for your personal, non-commercial use. Ownership and copyright remain with Apex Health Guides or its licensors.
You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, reproduce commercially, modify for resale, remove ownership notices, or use the content to train a commercial system without prior written permission.
6. Refunds
The Cortisol Reset Protocol is covered by the refund terms stated on its sales page and in our Refund Policy. Where mandatory consumer law provides additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
